Nick Atwood is an attorney and partner at Ritchie Rock & Atwood. His practice is focused on eminent domain law, general civil litigation, property law, business law, municipal law, estate law, employment law, family law and tribal law. He is licensed to practice law in the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, Cherokee Nation, Seminole Nation, Citizen Potawatomi Nation, and Sac & Fox Nation. Additionally, Nick is the municipal judge for the City of Shawnee.

A 1997 graduate of Shawnee High School, Nick grew up in Shawnee and received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Saint Mary’s University in May 2001. He received his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law in May 2008.

Nick resides in Shawnee with his children Kaitlyn and Carson and manages the Firm’s Shawnee Office.
